“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“Expedia came through in a pinch with rates for Gatlinburg River Inn for my husband and my trip. We had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, it was nothing like the photos and there was construction all around. River Inn was the most like its photos that we found before booking. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony first thing in the mornings and last thing in the evenings. The staff was very kind and friendly. However, it was impossible to get them on the room……

“Very pleased upon arrival at the beautiful lobby and fabulous pools . Check in was easy and staff nice and helpful. The room looked good , nice balcony with great view …. But upon looking around the bathroom I found the shower to have long black hairs on the walls, I reported this to the desk and asked for it to be cleaned while I was out , the room was made up but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned at all , hair remained until we cleaned it . Also for a nice place the sheets felt cheap. Please replace……
