"I stayed here before. This time my room spaced the parking lot. I wanted the “inner courtyard” but I didn’t specifically ask for it so that’s what I took after realizing. The restaurant was great and overall the room was comfortable."

"First time at Tru. It was really great. The basics in the room are the only ones I really needed. I liked that they had a Peloton bike, but I wish they would maintain it better. The gym was fine, overall. The elevator was a little dirty, so that needed some attention. There was also no bath gel in the shower, so that was a bummer. But bar soap was offered.The front staff was super helpful and courteous. Overall, I’d stay again."

"Good place to stay. Suite with living area was best as the other rooms had small bathroom right off bedroom that was open so lack of privacy. Good breakfasts! Clean hotel. Pool was chilly. Good workout room. Across street from police department so heard some sirens but felt safe. "

"Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Albany was truly great. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff members (specially at the reception) went above and beyond to ensure that we felt good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Hotel offer complimentary breakfast as well. The hotel's location was also convenient, providing easy access to local amenities. Everything was within reach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future."
