“很好的酒店，有机器人送水到房间。”

“飯店服務人員很細心，有問題會很細心的回答”

“隔音不太好。可以清楚聽到走廊人員走動及大聲開關門的聲音。 淋浴沒有踩腳墊 人員服務很好。因後續採購太遲 需要額時間打包行李， 酒店也是很幫忙的配合延後一些。 房間有點西曬。冷氣要往下調才會啟動。 整體感受非常正面。是會重新拜訪及推薦的酒店”

“A big regret in Hangzhou on this trip was deciding to stay in Hampton by Hilton in Future Technology City. It began at check in when I tried to pay at the reception desk and 2 of my cards bounced and were subsequently locked. This process turned out to take 45 mins, resulted in me have to pay my home phone carrier $20 for use of the phone so the cc companies could send me text verification codes. All this to find out that even though it says otherwise on the Expedia site, the hotel does not……

“We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be in Shanghai. The map showed it to be in a nice location. Only when we were on our way from the airport we found out it was in Hangzhou. So we were stuck in a taxi in Shanghai at 00:30 am with two sleeping children and nowhere to go. So far, expedia has offered us NO compensation of any kind.”
