“Gorgeous long range mountain views. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Bathroom was huge. Quiet serene place. Host was most accommodating, supplying everything i asked for. He responds promptly. Recommended an excellent tire repair shop when i needed one.”

“This was a great house for larger family vacations! We were able to put the grandparents in the guest apartments so they wouldn’t be bothered by the kid’s early mornings and loud noises. The open interior of the main house was great for the kids because they could run around, play with their toys and watch tv all within sight of the adults. There wasn’t a lot of low breakable items in the house so we didn’t have to worry about the kids getting into anything they shouldn’t. They also LOVED the……

“This property is amazing. Beautifully decorated. Very modern clean touches through tout. Comfortable king size bed, lots of closet space, and a big space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed to prepare meals but too many good restaurants nearby. We loved being able to walk to downtown. “This home was so wonderful. The beauty, comfort and art were so welcoming. This home has a lovely grotto type area with beautiful plants and flowers, the large deck and patio furniture gave me a wonderful place to have my coffee under the dogwood. The kitchen has everything you need. I must say the king size bed is so comfortable, really great mattress. The location was perfect for me to go to the hospital as my husband recovered from surgery. I highly recommend Rhodes Lodge.”

“Very comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked. Nice fenced in front and back yard for the dog. He really enjoyed watching the chickens across the street. (They were not noisy.) Convenient location to both Asheville and Hendersonville. Close to all sorts of great hiking. I recommend Dupont State Park. I totally recommend if you need a pet friendly rental.”

We really appreciated the well equipped kitchen with coffee, snacks, condiments, etc. Excellent communication with the host. There is so much to see and do in this area and it's great to just chill out at the cabin with so many choices of deck areas and the firepit down by the river. We loved our stay here and hope……

“We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. Our kids really loved the little rock slide in the creek, the hot tub, and the place had great toys and books out for our use. Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are less than 15 minutes away! Our only complaint was it wasn’t quite as clean as we’d hoped. There was evidence that the shams in the master were not cleaned before our arrival and some of the kitchen items were a little dirty (there is no dishwasher……
