"This experience was a rough one. The check-in process for this unit was non-existent. We never received a check-in code from our host. This was after we emailed, called, and texted to the numbers we had to which we received no response at all. Had it not been for the apartment manager who had the ability to access the code for us after verifying that we did indeed rent the unit we would have ended up in a hotel. "Nice clean place. Close to everything. Basement apartment can tell have trouble with wetness. Smelled musty when first entered, but once open did not notice again. Had trouble with locking system to get in. Had some difficulty communicating with rental agent to get in. In the end, we were able to get in and had a great stay and able to visit friends and family. "First time staying at this apartment. It on the first floor of an older smaller complex but well maintained. The tenants were nice and welcoming. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable and awesome shower. Safe neighborhood with a police station within a block and just around the block is an great coffee shop called Tremont. I will definately book again when I am in town."
