“I was visiting for my son's graduation from University of Michigan and was looking for accommodations 6 months prior. Most of AA was booked solid and the hotel rooms or vacation rentals were exorbitantly expensive. I found this spot and was pleased with the price, so booked it. The apartment is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It's in a weird location, tucked behind office buildings in a commercial area. The location was close to restaurants, a Whole Foods and just a couple miles from……

“This place was great for our sister weekend! Everything very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Host was receptive to questions beforehand and answered quickly. We enjoyed Mexican food at El Camino nearby. If we are in the area again we will definitely consider another stay!!”

“The space was comfortable for our family of 4 while we were in town. Walkable to downtown was nice. Hoped the breakfast would include homemade or local items but was a basic store bought selection, less than a continental hotel breakfast. Guests should be okay with street noise when staying in this unit. Nicely decorated!”

“Locating the property was pretty easy and there was ample parking. The building itself is a bit older and is showing its age on the outside and inside. You can tell the host is in the process of trying to upgrade some things, but it doesn't impair any functionality. Unless i am booking a resort, where the room is the destination and focus of the trip, I am looking for safety, quiet, and sleep. This delivered all three of those things. The internet and TV are satellite, that comes with the normal……

“We needed a place for the weekend for our daughters wedding. Since we were traveling with the cake, we needed a place with a refrigerator. The owner was very kind with his message, the front desk staffers were so polite, and the breakfast was a bonus, so we didn’t have to rush around to find something to eat before the wedding festivities started. Perfect stay!”

“Luxurious accomodations. However we were not able to adjust the air conditioning and we were rather cold. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast for the price. But it was a convenient location to Pine Knob. Lovely yard.”

“We reserved a 2 bedroom condo with a king, 2 queens and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was actually an extended stay hotel that had over booked. We received 2 rooms with 1 queen each and 2 sofa beds. In addition to not having my family together in one unit, there was no space away from beds to be social and one of my adult sons and his girlfriend were on a sleeper couch. I was so disappointed with the lack of help from “Leavetown” who I guess the booking was through. After several conversations……

“This place was terrible. Should never have been listed. Ceilings dirty, previously wet and sagging. Carpet ripped and FILTHY. Horrible patchwork pink paint covering dirt and graffiti in the hallway. Host never responded with entry information. It was all bad. Vrbo did set me up in a hotel for 3 of my 5 nights then I had to find lodging for the rest of my stay Awaiting my refund for that.”

“Property Manager was very nice and made the whole process easy. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Really clean and comfortable home. Stayed three night and wish we had more time to enjoy it. Cute neighborhood as well and would definitely stay here again.”

“The hosts went above and beyond putting up a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay. The house was clean with plenty of space, and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Our sleeping arrangements were a bit odd due to toddlers, but we made it work. Host was super responsive! FYI the coffee maker is a Keurig.”
