“I didn't like how when u took a shower the water didn't drain....and the shower curtain wasn't long enough so water got all on the floor like a lot of water ”

“Very good location, hotel room is in good condition. Only reason I don't rate it 5 is for added fees I felt were a bit scumy, for exemple, you get 2 chairs on the beach but you need to pay an extra $30 per day to get sunshade.”

“Room wasn't ready at 4pm for check-in. This wasn't communicated very well and only a brief, single-sentence apology was offered. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself is fine; pretty good for the price point. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd like. “Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“I booked my stay to have a nice quiet night away from my kid and to really relax and reset. Everything was great, my only complaint was when I got there to finally go to sleep at the end of my night and I pulled the covers back I saw the sheets had some stains all over them on both sides. Not sure what they were, but there were random hairs everywhere too almost as if the sheets hadn’t been changed. Honestly I was so tired and had to be up early I just slept on the top of the comforter. I would……

“This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The cleaning staff were amazing!!! They thoroughly cleaned the room daily. They will even mop the floors and give you fresh linens. If you just want to swap out for fresh towels and take out the garbage they will also do that, but they always asked if you wanted them to clean and mop the floors. A full breakfast was offered daily. The front desk walked us to our room and explained how we could borrow beach chairs and umbrellas daily for use……

“We had a great stay and were totally wowed. I wish the pressure in the shower was better, but if that’s my only complaint, it’s a win. Price was good. Staff was fantastic. We mentioned the water issue the next day and are kicking ourselves bc they would have fixed it right away I’m sure. ”
