“Great stay ”

“Went for a girls weekend getaway and didnt want the busy hotel feel. This was exactly that! Quaint, and cute!! Communication with gloria the unit manager was very easy and effortless. The unit was exactly as expected. They had all the Supplies we needed for the beach with a cooler and beach chairs and an umbrella that all worked and we’re good working order . During our stay we saw reviews expressing the neat bakery called patagonia for lunch or authentic amazing desserts and espresso. 7 eleven……

“Great stay at this property, views were better than expected, apartment was clean, the kitchen lacked nothing, beach and pool were excellent and cleaned daily, communication with owner was also excellent , would highly recommend. There are some extra charges you should know about. ( I knew ) $75 for parking, $30 for fob ( you will need fob for entering building, beach, and as of May 1st, the elevators, there is also a $20 cash charge for parking card which goes in windshield and operates the……

“Great for a family. Perfect location. Parking included was a great perk. Bikes were available free of charge which we used everyday to ride along the beach to the restaurants. Black out curtains made sleeping in easy. Ground floor had a nice patio. Really a special spot for a family. ”

“The apartment was nice. They had chairs and an umbrella. It was easily walkable to the beach and many restaurants. Anything we needed, the staff was responsive and on it. Everything was clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“It was everything we expected and more. The room was very clean and looks like ti had a renovation recently. The staff were also amazing. You are litteraly steps to the margaritaville stage.”

“Check in process sucks. No on premises support, it appears that indifference is the company policy.”

“Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).”

“Check in was easy Eleana met us upon arrival and helped us get set up. Property was steps away from beach and had everything we needed. Enjoyable trip.”

“Très bonne expérience le seul problème a été au niveau des frais , l’hôtel n’a pas respecté les frais de stationnement et de villégiatures , il marque un montant au mois mais il ne veulent pas l’accorder. Donc le stationnement aurait dû être de $560.00 pour un mois mais il on facturé $40.00 plus taxe par jours et la même chose pour les frais de villégiatures ils inscrivent $17.50 par jours par personne mais il on facturer $35.00 donc 50% de plus qu’indiquer je ne trouve pas cela très honnête.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. A great location, especially if you have kids or are a pool/beach lover yourself. Pool right there on site which is a lovely environment and then just steps away from the beach with lovely sand waves and ocean breeze. It was perfect for my little guy so we could splash in the pool, play n the sand run in the waves but still take breaks for snacks and naps! If we ever return to Ft. Lauderdale , this location for a place to stay will be checked out”
