“My visit to Dana Point was a belate birthday trip for myself to spend time with my daughter & grandson from San Diego. I picked the Best Western Marina Shores Hotel because it is located along a beautiful stretch of the Pacific Coast Highway. The staff was friendly & helpful, addressing all of my questions & concerns. Our hotel room was a spacious suite with a wonderful balcony offering a spacious view towards the south coast & a perfect sunset. There was a vast variety of wonderful restaurants……

“Everything about the room was great and staff was very friendly . The only thing was We just felt a little unease in the room . Someone knocked at our door at around 5:00 p.m. Saturday May 25th.. a man wearing a yellow shirt with a backpack .. I did not open door but tried asking through the door what he needed .. he did not respond and kept knocking and eventually left .
