“Great stay. Everything as presented online. Special instructions pre- arrival were complete and received early. Unit is in a great location, ground floor near pool, beach, entrance area, and recreation / game / snack bar building. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna all clean and well maintained. Hosts were quick to reply and very professional.”

“3-4 level condos on either side dwarf this property but no worries. Nice quiet stay for two ppl and it works. I think any more than three ppl, you might have an issue. Quite, nice and clean. Checking in - out was easy and wouldn't have a problem staying there in the future. ”

“The property is an older location, built in 1975, but is well maintained and perfect for a getaway with my son and friend. The pier is not far away and surf fishing is just across the street. This is our second time staying in Bogue Shores. We may go again. The room was newly renovated and and was excellent with no issues.”

“Just as advertised - just a short walk under the bridge (which is cool!) to downtown. Great little town with a lot of history, shops, and restaurants/bars. The apartment has been meticulously crafted inside a storefront - very well done! Just park in front of the sign...it looks like a storefront, but it's a cute little place that is perfect for 2 people”

“Lovely little hidden gem! I left 4 stars instead of 5 simply because the mattress was a bit too firm & the bathroom door was odd - it doesn’t close all the way, so there was no true sense of privacy. I would have preferred to know that prior, but overall, beautiful spot & the coffee shop was amazing! The staff were great & I can’t wait to come back!”

“This is a new property, a short walk to the beach. It is an updated above-garage apartment so there are a set of steps up to the space. Despite being on the owners property it feels very private, and is very quiet. There are plenty of windows, so the place feels light and airy. Everything was clean, clean, clean! The mini splits work perfectly, the apartment is outfitted with all kinds of high end gadgets, lighting and appliances, and the shower is amazing! Large, lovely and with endless hot……

You will have everything you need for meals as well as an abundance of towels! Mike responded almost immediately every time i contacted him.”

“Perfect place for a couple's retreat. The outside of the property was in need of TLC and the upstairs isn't being used. It was worrisome at first glance, but don't judge a book by its cover. Once inside, the room was super clean, and everything was in good working order. You could be on the beach in one minute and the gazebo on the walk to the beach was very nice. The location was convenient and close to many restaurants, a movie theater, and an axe-throwing place. This was nice since we had……

“When we arrived, there was maintenance crew working on the home so we could not enter originally, then we found out they were spraying the mold thats in the master bedroom closet. The maintenance crew was confused they thought we were coming the next day. The smell was absolutely disgusting and gave us a headache all weekend. The only thing decent about the play was the location, very close to the beach access point since it’s across the street. Location 8/10. House 1/10.”
