“Where do I begin? Luigi, from helping us with our luggage, (sorry we had so much of it.) Having soda, water, breakfast items for us, we even found pasta in the cupboard so we enjoyed a meal on the terrace. This family villa is absolutely breath talking. We took a day to lay pool side. There is a local bus just for Praiano. The Sita bus down the hill and a local bus that operates to and from Postiano. We took the local bus, its very easy to get in the morning, make sure you have change. We bought……

“Patio is perfect for all day sun with a big table in the shade. Easy walk down hill to restaurants etc. Local bus will take you up the hill for your return with a stop near the apartment. Residence is spacious, very clean and kitchen well equipped. Annamaria was very helpful with how to navigate for excursions. One thing to prepare for, it's 65 stair steps to the apartment but well worth it. I would definitely stay again!”

“We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5.”

“Nuestra estancia en esta casita ha sido tan buena, que lo único que lamento es no poder dar más que 5 estrellas a cada una de las puntuaciones. La casita es preciosa, super ordenada, limpia y perfectamente equipada. Su ubicación es excelente, con vistas al mar, a la montaña y con intimidad total. Sólo se oye el sonido del campo y los animales de la zona (básicamente vacas y ovejas). La piscina y el jardín son excelentes y Angelo se preocupa de cuidarlos cada mañana para que estén perfectos. “Das einzige was uns ein wenig gestört hat war die Sauberkeit. Die Duschbrausen waren teilweise verkalkt und warmes Wasser gab es eins bis zwei mal nicht. Aber auch die Elektrik hatte ein Problem. Das Licht in der Küche ging alle fünf Minuten aus und an. Die Klimageräte haben nur in zwei Räumen funktioniert. Die Aussicht ist himmlisch. Man ist morgens über den Wolken und kann die Wolken von oben über dem Meer betrachten. Amalfi und Positano sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist der……

“The house is really unique, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen area and garden have a rustic charm while the other levels reflect the local roman heritage with marble and frescoes galore. The house is very large and in a quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views over the surrounding hills. En suites are small but practical. On road parking is plentiful. Kitchen equipment is generous if a bit mix and match. TV and white goods all work well though wifi is a bit slow. Had a wonderful few days……

“We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome apartment! It was a great place to recover from long days of sightseeing, a spacious and comfortable home to return to. Lots of room for our family of five plus a baby. Our bed was super comfortable, and Maria was kind enough to find us a baby cot for our little grandson to sleep in. The neighborhood is ideal, lots of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, and the Villa Pamphilij park is just around the corner if you yearn for a green……

“La Villa de Loredana est simplement exceptionnelle. Tout commence par l'accueil chaleureux de Loredana, qui est joyeuse et chaleureuse et qui a même créé un petit book pratique sur le fonctionnement de la propriété et de très nombreux conseils sur les alentours (supermarchés, plages, restaurants, activités...) Elle nous dit sa disponibilité au besoin, et l'on sent que c'est sincère... elle souhaite que nous passions réellement un bon séjour chez elle. La villa en elle-même, très propre, n'est……

“Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. Danke für die schönen Tage.”
