“My stay was amazing, the front desk staff is questionable. I called the front desk at 11 am to have my room cleaned and the staff assured me and guess what it didn’t happened. When I got back later that evening I ask the front desk for fresh linings and I was only provided towels. Per front desk they do not keep linings only towels and that housekeeping is in control of that stuff. Evening staff only check in and nothing else. Morning staff only check people out, the staff run the hotel as if……

“Facility is great. I have stayed here for both business and pleasure and it Satisfies both. I would say my only issue is the breakfast quality is not that great. There aren’t many fresh fruit options.”

“I was there at the Trade Mart for 2 days conference. The Hampton Inn and Suites were 1.4 miles from the Trade Mart Building and very convenient to go back and forth. I recommend this location to anyone that is visiting the Trade Mart or Coliseum. ”
