“Very clean rooms and all the staff were very friendly. Nice alternative to Las Vegas!”

“Great location, easy walk to Beal St and many of the attractions. The afternoon guest service people couldn’t help with any restaurant recommendations and the bar tender gave my wife wife a small pour of wine and everyone else who were on a tab big pours. Wouldn’t give me a glass for a beer. The room was fine. ”

“PROS: The valet parking was convenient. Literally steps away from the FedEx forum and Beale street. There is a restaurant on site (sort of expensive but a good variety of meal options) and a well stocked market for snacks and etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as far as outside sounds go. CONS: The fan in the bathroom doesn’t come on separately from the light. The mini bar in our room was locked and we could not get it open, no instructions were posted. There are no……

“Hotel was nicely designed & very comfortable. Unhappy with rundown neighborhood where it’s located. Didn’t like that there was no breakfast included. That was something we really liked at the Chattanooga Indigo. Breakfast restaurant next door had pretty poor service - it was pretty chaotic. Food was good though - when we finally got it!”

“my wife looked out the window to check out the bay view and only saw an cemetery. Also all I drank at the hotel was one beer and they had two beers on my bill, so people read your bills carefully on check out.”

“Super convenient and walkable to museums and Beale Street. The room had everything that I needed. I was not crazy about the breakfast sandwich at the cafe. Too greasy and messy to eat.”

“A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see……

“The area where the hotel is at is convenient if you don't want to do a lot of driving. Only problem was one of the lights in the room had a glove over the light which did not work but overall it was ok for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“The entrance is tricky because it is not clearly seen from the road, but being set back is a benefit to get you away from traffic.”

“Great location between each end of the MS coast. Pool is very nice and faces the beach. Easy walk to beach, local restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed 4 nights, no issues. Great breakfast!! ”
