“The room is old and not very clean. The front desk staff is not friendly. Not matching the price. Not a good choice. In the hotel’s website it says pet friendly but you can’t find the pet room option. When you book a two queen beds room they told you that you have to pay extra $30 for changing to a pet friendly room. And a $25 pet clean fee also required. Not very reasonable. ”

“Nice hotel, dog friendly, clean, location is walkable to downtown jasper - we enjoyed the walk (10-15 minutes). We loved the green space behind the hotel for the dogs. They have underground and surface parking. We got an upgrade upon arrival for a discounted charge. All the staff we ran into were polite and helpful. Very clean. ”

“The apartment was very comfortable for our party of four. The kitchen very well appointed and the beds comfortable, especially the pillows. Leanne allowed us to bring in two outside chairs to add to the single couch. We really enjoyed our stay in Jasper.”
