"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"

"This place is a hidden gem! Coming from a small town, but can hear road noise on a daily basis it was SO nice to relax on the front patio area in silence! Everything was neat and tidy. My kids loved the board games, and it was nice to let my 5 year old run around the yard. I would recommend this place 100x over!"

"The only thing we had an issue was, was finding the place. We guessed it was the correct property by process of elimination, but after that, every thing was easy peasy. I am really glad there were written out instructions since we lost service right when we turned onto Wally Rd. The back porch was perfect for when it rained and just night time hang outs. It was also super fun to see all the people in the river! The view was awesome."

"This property was perfect for what we were looking for. We have a "guys weekend" every year to just unplug from life for a couple days. This was a central location between Columbus, Cleveland and Akron where we were traveling from, and very easy to find. We comfortably slept 8 adults, had enough room in the living space/kitchen to gather and loved spending the day by the water and nights around the fire. Definitely recommend!"

"House was great - very clean and modern. Everything as listed in listing. Only 10 miles from downtown Berlin - which was a nice drive through Amish farmlands. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Everyone very friendly. We definitely would consider staying there again."

"I really appreciated the recliner. I have some issues and climbing into those beds was difficult. I was able to spend a restful night in that chair! I might suggest that a step would be helpful for getting into the bed. But all in all, absolutely lovely!"

"First of all, this place is as well-equipped as any VRBO you will see, particularly in the kitchen. Not just pots and pans and dishes but every type of gadget or small appliance you could possibly need and an entire cabinet full of spices, oil, flour, etc. We went in April to see the eclipse and other than a couple of family members not making it due to health issues, it was a near perfect trip. "Very clean and updated! Only thing, the AC didnt work in our room nor in the living room nor kitchen. Our room was 80° when we got there and it wouldnt come on. They gave us 2 other rooms to choose from and they were both fine. We have friends in CA and would like to bring them over sometime so hopefully this issue can be resolved soon. Thank you much!"
