"The property was just as described and listed on Vrbo. Check in process was easy. House was clean. We were in town for back to back concerts. Love being able to hang out prior to heading to the shows. The kitchen being stocked allowed us to cook simple meals (breakfast) and save on going to restaurants. If the need to stay in Buffalo came up again, we would without a doubt book this property again!"

"Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area...

"This home is very spacious but cozy at the same time. The centralized kitchen served a family of 6 very comfortably, and the sleeping areas were great. Easy to find and a short drive to great places to eat and drink! We recommend Duff’s famous wings—they didn’t disappoint!"

This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Dead bugs on walls, bathroom had hairs in it, a dirty stove, and various kitchen hygiene concerns were noted. Maintenance issues included an unpleasant sewage odor from the upstairs toilet indicating it needs to be reseated. "We traveled from Atlanta to spend the holiday with our grandmother and hosted dinner for the family. It was amazing to have so many generations together; eating, fellowshiping, sharing. This house was PERFECT for our gathering. We had space interact without being on top of each other. Parking was difficult, but we made do. We did have and issue with the hot water, but Mr. Joaquin came over and rectified it immediately! He also got the chance to have a little cake with us. 😆"

"Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message."
