“Good value for money.”

“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Superb hotel. Very warm bed and quality blanket for the chilled spring in Como. I also love their breakfast. Location is close to the lake ferry ticket office. Very easy to find this hotel which is next to Duomo, the tallest structure of the town. ”

“Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. (We were able to head out for when it opened, buy tickets come back and get ready... so very handy!) Also very good location for Como itself. Thanks for a……
