“The location of this property is very convenient, and it was very quiet. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things in the kitchen that is needed for those who cook - like a strainer or colander. Other than that, the kitchen was great, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.”

“We stayed here and went to a show at the First Avenue Club. It was a short walk and the place was nice! Not a lot in the neighborhood of the VRBO but we made it work.”

“Sweet 3rd floor apartment. Historically decorated. Beautiful view, next to St Paul Brewery. Perfect location when visiting St. Paul. 5-10 minutes away from downtown. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Uptown gem. Our dates were 1st week of March so a little cold, but we did brave one walk down to the park and lake and it was amazing. So many people were out walking, biking and running: seems like a really active part of the city. I can only imagine how amazing it would be from spring -fall. We didn’t really utilize the house space because all our plans were out and about in the twin cities, but it has a full kitchen and dining room table and nice little……

“The house is beautiful and the wood work is amazing. The first floor bathroom tub needs repair, the tub is cracked and it feels unsafe to stand to shower. The kitchen did not have a can opener; which was needed to open the cans for our Green beans casserole. Thank goodness I live locally because I was able to bring my own pots and pans, casseroles dishes, can opener, and peeler. Also, there was no dishwasher soap and I had to do all the dishes by hand. Overall, we had a wonderful time.”

“I would not stay again! Filthy room People hanging out in front of entrance. Front entrance not marked. The entire place wreaks of cigarette smell & filth! Room was loud...main highway right outside window. People playing loud music. Worst place ever!”

“Clean and has everything we need! Breakfast is okay, nothing much to eat. Downside is no housekeeping daily so we out of toilet papers! Otherwise the price is good! Didnt see any bugs or roach!!! Will stay again. Building is newly updated. ”
