“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“The Front Desk didn't really provide much about the amenities upon check-in. The Cleaning Staff were amazing, attentive, and courteous. The grounds were well kept and I was able to walk around in the area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful I stayed in a king room only had 2 pillows on the bed I asked for a couple more was told they were all given out ....ok??? Asked again second night different worker received them no questions asked extended my stay 2 more nights kinda thought asking for another safety deposit for the same room was ridiculous but whatever don't care as long as it gets back to my account ”

“It is a terrible experience. The faucet of the shower is broken and the water kept flowing with a big noise for the whole night. The engineer came to work on it from 12am to 1am but cannot fix it. I cannot sleep for the whole night. I came to Crowne Plaza to have a good sleep because I just have a more 20 hours flight trip. But I cannot because of the broken of the faucet and the noise. I have stayed in Crowne Plaza for many times. This is the worst experience.”
