"The beds were very comfortable and the parking was free and convenient. I loved it. Unfortunately the elevators weren’t functioning properly during my stay and I think signs or something would have been helpful. Myself and other guests were waiting awhile, confused, and didn’t get any clarity unless we went to the front desk and asked. The front desk was directly next to the elevators so I’m not sure why no one just informed us. Also the breakfast was $25/person but I had to wait and chase down...

"Price was reasonable, I was stuck overnight at DFW. Only complaint - no free coffee in the morning. I had to take the shuttle at 6 a.m. and the coffee station (not free) didn't open until 6:30."

"Hotel is beyond beautiful and clean. The stay was great but they should have loaner chargers or at least have a charging station somewhere in the lobby. "
