“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“Very convenient to go to city centre, Very nice Breakfast. Space & comfortable room . Just the bath tub & Wash Basin were not draining as fast as usually do , perhasp it's clogging.... We would like to live in again for next trip . ”

“Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds”

“We used Oulton as a base for a concert in Leeds as we didn't want to stay in the centre. Staff were lovely and helpful. Friendly from the point of arrival onwards. Our evening meal on our first night was delicious. Room had a great view, was clean and very comfortable. ”
