“J'ai que du bon à dire sur la propriété et son propriétaire, c'était propre, c'était acceuillant, c'était parfais. Le seul hic est avec VRBO, n'essayez pas de modifier votre réservation ou d'avoir une résolution de problèmes quelconques pcq ils ne s'occuperont pas de vous.”

“I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!”

“Fantastic location. So many great restaurants and unique shopping within east walking distance. The property itself is so clean and comfortable. Very modern bathroom and kitchen. Have already recommended it to friends and will stay here anytime we are in Quebec. ”

“Le cartier entourant les lofts est peu attrayant dû au local de soupe populaire juste devant la porte principale du loft, l’odeur de marijua était très présente dans l’entrée principale, toutefois le condo était bien et le service efficace. Merci ”

“Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one……

“Great location for touring Quebec’s best attractions - walkable although there are some hills. The property never contacted me for a security deposit and when I wasn’t given the code to check in, I called them but was only given the option to leave a message. I had to phone several times to finally find out why I was not given a code to check in. Also the directions they gave told me to go to the red roof building, but the building doesn’t have a red roof, it’s silver. The bedrooms were very……
