Excellent hotel for families with kids. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they are super accommodating. The hotel rooms are old but well kept. I will be going back there on my next trip with my family.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed for five nights 6 days at the Rui Palace. The room were nice but the beds were two full size beds and I reserved for two Queen. I was not able to get an upgrade so we just dealt with it. The room was clean. The staff are all very nice and accommodating. The housekeeping is top notch. My biggest issue was the food was subpar. The specialty restaurants that they offer offer were not good. The buffet was not good overall. The food is a two-star. I could not find anything that I was just in love with far as the food goes. Only thing that I was good was the breakfast time at the buffet because they had great omelette station. I would not visit this property again.

The property was well kept and beautiful. Room and bathroom were clean. (Shower was not well lit.) Staff were friendly. Shows were fun.

This place is amazing everyone is friendly from the front desk to all the staff of the hotel their hospitality is excellent the villas are espectacular
