Master Bedroom has own TV and private bath with queen bed.
Other bedrooms have a double bed and locked doors, shared large bathroom
Large private yard, with back porch and outdoor grill. Off street parking, very quiet and secure area.
Each bedroom is rented separately at $45 per night.
Shared Kitchen with all appliances, cookware and outdoor grill
Wireless internet. Two car attached garage. Ten minutes from refinery, tank plant and hospitals.

Great rental
This place was used as summer housing for an internship in Lima and had everything needed. The neighborhood is quiet, location is perfect, and property manager is responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I return to Lima.
