The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. There was a coffee and tea bar complete with different flavored coffees and creamers, snacks, more toiletry options than I have at my own house, smart TVs in many rooms, and a hot tub to relax in. It was very clean, but also welcoming and homey. I definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxed, chill getaway. I will be returning in the future."

"We rented this cute little house for my family and a few of our friends for a softball tournament. The owners were great with communicating with us and the house was so clean! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The only thing I wish there had been a baby gate for the stairs, it’s a tri level so there was two small sets of stairs and it would have been great to have a way to block it off. But overall we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!"

It's tucked away in a small neighborhood right next to downtown Howell, nice and quiet on an inlet to the nearby lake, with everything you would want within 5-10 minutes (groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The house is perfectly stocked in the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms which was nice, and the host was very gracious and responsive. "The house was perfect for a surprise birthday weekend with friends. It was super clean and comfortable. The table was big enough for all of us for meals and games, the front yard was great for croquet, and the sauna is definitely up to Finnish/Yooper standards. The host was very accomodating. We couldn't stray far from home for one couple whose first child is due in just two weeks, and this property was perfect for a nearby sauna retreat. 10/10 would recommend!"
