“Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels.”

“Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

“We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“Lovely house where the breeze always blows through the trees. Great swimming pool. Birds in the mornings. The road to Porreres or Llucmajor is really nice and it only takes a few minutes. Central location makes it easy to get to other points on the island, too.”

“Eine verwohntes Haus, Bad mit Schimmel, Dusche tröpfchenweise, Socken vom Vorgänger in Zimmerecke, Sitzemöbel mit Macken und Flecken. Ein Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Kaffeemaschine muss dringend entkalkt werden, mehr fällt mir gerade nicht ein. Einzig die Lage ist von Vorteil”

“Wonderful location and villa. Beautiful view of sunset. Nice size rooms. The main issues we experienced were the second bathroom had major sewer smell coming from the drain pipes and the smell was occupying the whole house. We notified the manager but they told us it is normal at certain times, just leave the doors open. The smell persisted through all 4 days we stayed. The master bed pillows were badly smelly and we had to put them outside the room.”

“Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Rafael war sehr freundlich, zeitlich flexibel und unkompliziert. Es ist alles was man so braucht vorhanden! 2 Kühlschränke, Gefriertruhe, Gaskochfeld, Geschirr, sogar ne Kaffeemaschine inklusive Pads und ein Grillplatz mit Spülbecken. Der Pool ist super schön, gepflegt und sauber. Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten alle Platz. Zum Ballermann 5 sind es 15-20min mit dem Auto/Taxi, zum Flughafen ebenfalls. Alles in allem eine tolle Finca kann ich weiter……

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser traumhaften Finca. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles high Level. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Haas und Peter war hervorragend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und haben auch schon viele Freunde in unserem Bekanntenkreis begeistern können. “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Traumhaus. Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Blick in die Bucht von Palma, egal ob vom Pool, dem Bedroom oder dem mega-tollen Rooftop ist einfach atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, insbesondere die Vollklimatisierung des Hauses ist perfekt. Vielen Dank!!”

“+ gute Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen (ca. 20min) + sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin + gute Ausstattung der Unterkunft (Küchenutensilien, Badzubehör, etc.) + große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten - auch im Schatten + viel Platz im Haus o großer Pool, gut geeignet zum Schwimmen, aber Wassertiefe >1,50m - Menschen unter 1,80m können nur auf der Treppe stehen, viel Chlor im Wasser, blonde Haare können sich leicht grün verfärben - Betten sehr hart und quietschend - abends oft lautes……

“Ottima location, casa in ordine e consegnata perfetta con self-check-in. Piscina ideale x un relax pomeridiano. Comodo il bagno di servizio esterno e la doccia all’aperto. Dotata di tutti i servizi: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde e forno tradizionale. L’interno avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturata, ma l’esterno è davvero top. Unica pecca: la mancanza dell’aria condizionata. Basterebbe aggiungere un paio di pale nelle stanze da letto x migliorare il riposo notturno.”

Very attentive staff who are keen to ensure you have a great stay and lots of opportunities to get involved with different activites throughout the day/evening both kid and adult freindly. Bus access very easy to all parts of the island. Airport transfer very helpful both ways.”
