“Die Villa liegt wunderschön und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr großzügig, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen sind herrlich und bieten zu jeder Tageszeit einen schönen Platz. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich lang, so dass man hier auch gut schwimmen kann. Es fehlt insgesamt an nichts und der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!”

“Für uns war es ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Villa ist wunderschön und man hat auch am Pool und im Garten seine Ruhe, weil alles gut bepflanzt ist und man kaum etwas von seinen Nachbarn mitbekommt. Der Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Cala Murada ist ein ruhiger Urlaubsort. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles nötigr bekommt und einige Restaurants. Nachtleben und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Ort Calas de Mallorca.”

“Air conditioning in all bedrooms was essential! Lovely pool area and barbecue area. The kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs, 2 minute walk from the beach. Address incorrectly given on website which resulted in delays getting there and back as the pre booked taxis couldn’t find the place- only thing that let it down a bit.”

“This house is as lovely (if not more) than we expected. The setting and view will take your breathe away. It’s clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor eating area (with bbq/grill) was a perfect place to eat all of our meals. The pool was great and there was plenty of places to relax in the sun. The host was kind, responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend this house.”

“Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.”

“A gorgeous villa tucked out of the way with stunning views of the bay snd mountains. The perfect spot for a friends vacation, villa a bit rustic but modern touches too, very spacious which is ideal for a group or family vacation, different levels for a bit of quiet if needed. Great sound system and some of our group watched the rugby through sky tv so we’re quite happy. Lovely pool area and plenty other areas for sunbathing. The weather wasn’t brilliant during our stay but it didn’t spoil our……

“What a great week at this lovely homely and characterful villa. Really well stocked with everything one needed and beautiful art work that pleased us all. The bikes were a real asset when needing to nip to the local supermarket only a short ride away. Craig is an amazing host! All problems/ queries sorted immediately and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We did hire a car but believe the buses are brilliant and easily accessible. We all agreed we would love to return!”

“Property was lovely and clean with fantastic outdoor space and pool. Lots of space inside, and incredibly clean and well provisioned (washing up liquid, shower gel etc) Worth noting that the living room and 2 bedrooms have aircon, the other 2 bedrooms do not. Kitchen is possibly a little more basic than normal. This is a old building and as such the stairs are quite steep, we have 2 small children (under 2) so we could manage this but if they were older it would have been more difficult.……

“Es war richtig gemütlich! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden! Die Zimmer sind schön und die Betten sind gut! Küche auch gut. Zum Grillen draussen top! Cosme ist sehr nett. Die Kommunikation könnte ein bisschen besser sein. Wir wussten nicht wann der Gärtner kommt; Putzequipe stand nach einer Woche da und wollte die Bettwäsche und Badetücher waschen. Da es eine Waschmaschine hat, haben wir das selber schon gemacht. Einziges Kriterium sind die Duschvorhänge und die Liegestühle. Die könnten……

“Cosy house located near a beautiful family beach which we enjoyed very much. The villa complex is nice, and green, with a great shared pool. The house had all you need, however we found some a little out dated, but nothing to big. We were happy we rented a car, because the town is lovely, but has not to much to offer, especially in September, but Pollença is 10 minute drive and a more vibrant place. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Great half term week in beautiful Puerto Pollensa. Excellent villa, tons of space, quiet area but very close to the beach. I’d definitely recommend this accommodation.”

“Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Der Pool ist richtig schön groß (10x5m) und der Garten groß und schön gepflegt. Es ist ein altes Haus, dass schon vor einigen Jahren renoviert wurde. Aber alles ist ordentlich hergerichtet und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem... Die Villa liegt absolut ruhig, aber nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von Pollensa entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Fußweg nach Pollensa. Man kommuniziert wirklich mit den Besitzern, einer sehr netten jungen Familie.”

“Nous étions 6 et avons passé un excellent séjour. Propreté irréprochable. Lieu calme et idéalement situé avec réveil au chant des oiseaux et petit déjeuner devant la mer. Propriétaire très arrangeant. On a pu arriver plus tôt que prévu et partir un peu plus tard. Explication claire sur les équipements de la maison”

“Wir (2 Erw., 2 Kinder) haben eine Woche Ende Oktober in Can Reus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt Spielzeug für Drinnen und Draußen, sehr viele Bücher/Romane und auch sonst haben wir nichts vermisst. Zur Begrüßung wurden wir mit sehr vielen Lebensmitteln überrascht (Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Chips, Bananen, Saft, Wein,…). Das fanden wir großartig. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist super. Die zwei Bäder sind auch sehr praktisch. Alles war sehr sauber und es……
