Property is marketed as a hotel however it is a living space, working space, members club. The facilities packed. The environment is loud and the room pictures are deceiving. The bathroom size was shocking. It was tinier than a airplane toilet. The bedsheets were stinky.

Checked in as two female guests. Our front door lock did not work, reception sent someone up to fix even though the whole lobby were now aware 2 women were staying in a room with no workable lock… we were offered 2 drinks at the bar to compensate. Our bathroom door handle wasn’t screwed on and fell off. I used the shower once and the sliding door came off the wall. I’ve stayed at this property previously and it exceeded expectations. We have returned to receive the same level of service but only to be greeted by a cheap, low level accommodation. We’d have been better off staying in a travel lodge

This was tricky to mark however I had to base it on the quality of sleep as that’s a big reason we booked, I can’t fault the friendly and flexible staff , everything was fab and the parking was a breeze where we could park earlier and later than the times of our booking however it was boiling hot in the room with no way of cooling it down and when the bed space is so small ( which I knew before booking so wasn’t an issue) it became very uncomfortable. With the window open we got a slight breeze but it was also very noisy as we were above the air conditioning units. We unfortunately didn’t take advantage of the pool as we felt it was too hot to get changed in the room afterwards. Such a shame.
