“40th birthday party for my boyfriend with all of our closest friends. The home was absolutely beautiful, very open and spacious for everyone. The indoor outdoor living was perfect for us. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. We loved that we could easily walk to the marina at night or catch a quick cab to downtown if needed. Would absolutely stay there again!!”

“We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. Having club access was such a nice bonus. We will definitely try to stay……

“This property is absolutely gorgeous! It is super private with a private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and patio. The upstairs patio is a great place to watch the sunrise! I did my morning yoga there and it was so peaceful. The kitchen was stocked well, lots of games/cards, and also BT speakers for use which was great! The nearby town of Los Barriles has everything you need to relax be it grocery, restaurants, rentals, medical, etc. Will 100% be back!”

“A group of friends and couples stayed at Villa Maria and we had a wonderful time. Marilu was a terrific host and was extremely responsive for the duration of our stay. The house was incredible -- note that the pictures online do not do it justice; it was truly the best looking house on the block. The house is close to downtown and also has terrific views of the pacific ocean and sunsets. 5/5 stars is not enough!”

“This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. “We loved staying at Casa Palo Verde for a week this holiday season. It is located about a mile North of Marina where the crazy party was happening. It is located in the heart of the Downtown neighborhood and we were able to take Uber everywhere we want. Each Uber ride cost $4-6 to go anywhere in town. We even took Uber to further out beaches Like Playa Santa Maria and Playa el Chulino for $10-$15. We walked everywhere when we feel like it and felt pretty safe walking around the neighborhood. I……
