"Excellent location"

"It was so easy to get to broadway and Times Square. The subway was literally across the street too. The staff at front desk and luggage area couldn’t have been more helpful. "
A verified traveler from Indianapolis stayed at The Westin New York at Times Square
"The hotel was amazing. The staff was excellent, friendly and outstanding. The rooms were great and served their purpose. I will say they were not the cleanest, most up to date or fancy. However, overall i would rate them a 8/10. When in NYC/Times Square you do not spend much time in your room anyways. Overall, great experience and we would definitely stay there again, if we are ever in NYC again. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location, huge family room beautifully clean, felt safe and secure and staff were excellent.
The only issue we had was on arrival to the room, to find only one bed for 3 people and no sofa bed. Went to reception to be told it would be an additional $45 per night for a rollaway bed, after a 20 minute discussion with the hotel it was agreed they would provide this FOC as my son is 14 yrs old, it was not appropriate for him to share with myself and my friend who was travelling with us as suggested at one point by the hotel. Expedia really need to make people aware of this on there site if sofa beds are not in the room as suggested on the advert."

"So close to everything walkable. Much quieter than I expected for it being literally in Times Square. Hotel itself had great amenities and felt modern. Easy walks to Broadway shows and food. Would totally stay here again. "
