“The hotel is great but too much noises.”

“Let me start by saying it worked for our stay but caught us off guard. We are used to having access to the full property without the owner being onsite. In our experience and conversations with VRBO support this property would not be defined as not a VRBO due to the shared space. What we found was that the listing does not tell you that you are renting out the basement of a home and there are amenities listed that we did not find at the property. We have visited many VRBO’s and it is always……

“Check in/out was easy and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great as well. During the time of our stay one of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working felt a bit scary to be on - it moved around a bunch. The room had a door that can access the room adjacent to it which I thought was a bit weird but we made sure the door was locked the entire stay. The room itself was clean and organized, some parts of the wall and door were worn down but still functional.……

“Pretty good place; not new and shows some signs of wear. But the big gripe - the only one and it is trivial - is that the handle on the entry door has to be turned UP to get entry, and nobody told us that. So after trudging and dragging suitcases all the way to the room, and making repeated tries to gain entry, I ended up leaving my Wife in the hall with all our stuff while I went back to the desk to learn to turn it UP. I've stayed in at least 100 hotels in my 76 years and never had an……
