“One thing I wish could have been different was the breakfast. I wish it was more like a continental breakfast and not like a Starbucks. There should have been traditional breakfast options and it should be included with the purchase of the hotel stay. I wasn’t a fan that we had to pay for the breakfast in addition to the stay. It should be included. ”

“The only minor negative was housekeeping, the shower wasn’t very clean and neither was the bedding on one of the beds, just the spread. ”

“The Celeste has such a rich and interesting history which was incorporated in the renovation to a hotel. Wonderful area with a lot of interesting sites in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay - the Celeste is now our favorite St. Paul Hotel.”

“When we checked in, we immediately felt this place was special. From the front desk to the breakfast area & then our room was exceptional. Our room was clean, well layed out & complete with a comfortable king sized bed & amenities. We slept like a baby, had a real complimentary breakfast with eggs, sausage patties, bagels, English muffin, biscuits and sausage gravy and coffee from a Bunn coffee maker. OJ or apple juice and ate on table equipped with 110v & USB charging stations right on top of……

“The continental breakfast was okay. I was in Minneapolis the whole week and had stayed 4 hotels. This one is the most expensive but their breakfast is like America Inn offered. Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At……
