“The property was amazing. We loved our time here.”

“The refrigerator had a terrible fishy odor. We cleaned it several times but every time it was opened, the house smelled. The outdoir deck furniture was dirty and full of sand and debris. Feel the place could use a little sprucing up. Manager was very nice and friendly but feel a little more attention from cleaning staff would be good. Bath mats needed a good vacuum.”

“First time in the keys, captain pips was centrally located. We would consider this property a key west experience not a new and glamorous resort. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open……

“Not what we expected. Hoped to be closer to water. Could have used a map to the area. TV options were strange. No live network or sports networks? Most channels were internet channels. Could not figure out how to change volume on the Samsung remote available. Directions would have been helpful.”
