“Gorgeous resort.. great experience at Isla Bella resort.. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. I went with my wife and two kids and kids loved it too. They have activities for kids every hour during the day. The room are very spacious and super clean, and every single room has a balcony with nice and comfy furniture and beautiful views. Isla Bella is a perfect getaway for any occasion. ”

“The hotel is perfect for family. They have a lot of outdoor activities and very good restaurants. Our room and bathroom are tiny. The shower was not good, and the water was cold. We stayed next to the elevator, so there was a lot of noise. ”

“First time in the keys, captain pips was centrally located. We would consider this property a key west experience not a new and glamorous resort. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open……
