"House is in a nice location. The pictures were photoshopped on the listing to make the wood appear to be a more modern wood tone than it actually is. Not a huge deal but definitely something I noticed upon arrival. The bath towels provided by the house were bleach stained. No AC in bedrooms. Plant overgrowth on back deck. Ice maker doesnt work in freezer. Minor issues that could be addressed to provide a nicer experience for guests. Overall the house was not bad and we had a nice stay, but not 5...

"The home was nice and felt very homey. The location is on a busier street then we originally thought but the overall house is nice and the backyard was nice for our dog to run around and the outdoor seating was nice on to have on the nice days. I did find the kitchen was lacking some supplies, there seemed to be a lot of spoons but no knives and there was only 1 frying pan but overall nice place to stay."

"What a wonderful experience we had staying at this beautiful home. Our family enjoyed the beach, large deck and the large well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The host was so friendly and accommodating! He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even came with gifts for our daughter’s graduation celebration. I highly recommend a stay at this house!"

"The house is great! The house is off the main roads but still easy to get to everything! It had rained a lot and even snowed so ground was super wet, so unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the spacious property! Check in was easy- communication with owner was great, and the beds were comfy! There are lots of movies, books, and games to keep you busy if staying in! Fully stocked kitchen was super useful! He had some renters prior to us that did not take care of the house and he was in the process of fixing things that were broken. He even had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived for our anniversary. His kayaks and canoes were available to use on the lake that his property was on.
