"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"The house is in a great location in New Rochelle, near to a train station to commute to the city and for family coming in on Amtrak from Boston. The main floor of the house is cozy with a lovely kitchen and lots of seating space. Bedrooms were a nice size and we all felt the beds were extremely comfortable. Shower was really nice, too. Owner was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process."

"The location was great and thre property was almost perfect for our needs. The only negative issue was ants. When we got up the first morning of our stay the counter was teeming with ants. There were several ant traps on the counters but they were pretty ineffective Otherwise, the house was great."

"We really enjoyed relaxing on the front porch after a busy day out. Beds were very comfortable. So nice to be able to sit around and visit, instead being in a hotel, sitting on beds. We did miss having a microwave to use. Very nice and affordable."

"The place was well decorated, organized and well appointed. The location was quiet and peaceful. The only challenge is parking, so wear your walking shoes! If you are over 5’10”, be warned: the ceilings are low. It has good lighting, good wifi, and big tv for the space. Owners were responsive and welcoming. Location requires a car or Uber, which are plentiful. It was a nice place to return to after a long day."

"Olga’s place has been amazing! She is a wonderful host and worked with us to be flexible all the questions we had before arrival & with our crazier schedule. The space is very functional with two beds, a kitchen, and a laundry machine as well which is very helpful for a longer stay! "So the house is advertised as 4 bedroom but one of the rooms is an attic room with a trundle bed we didn’t really find suitable for any of our guests during the stay. Minimal furniture and some ant problems in the kitchen The in and out of the house was super nice plus the bathroom situation was great. Did the job sorta for what we needed (someone had to bring an air mattress though) but wouldn’t stay again"

"This place is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. When you walk through the front door, you are immediately greeted with an amazing view of the Hudson River. The sunrise over the river is beautiful. We easily went back and forth over the bridge to Sleepy Hollow and there are great restaurants right near the house. Would definitely stay here again."
