“For the reasons I was in town it was walkable. They are clean with friendly staff. Parking was quick, nice, and easy. My only complaint is the walls are thin, I was able to hear my neighbors talking loudly and laughing.”

“We loved this property- it was perfect! Parking was so easy, even with their ramp being under construction we could still park in a ramp connecting to the hotel via skyway. Coincidentally, we were across the street from all of the dining and restaurants we wanted to explore making everything so walkable and convenient! We loved our stay in Rochester and this hotel was the perfect place! Very clean, quiet, safe, water available for purchase at the hotel desk which was great!”

“The room was small, but okay for a single person. The bed was okay, it was clean. Loved the bench above the air conditioner/heater. The breakfast was standard cold and hot items, but not much for sitting, so you may need to eat in your room. The down fall was I could hear a TV going in the next room and in the other room, hear a phone alarm going off.”

“Staff is awesome!! Room smelled wonderful but it is a weird layout. Only negative was the bed. Felt like the springs were eating me all night. ”

“We had four rooms on our reservation they were all clean great friendly staff breakfast was good pool was great kids enjoyed it The hotel was a good experience with everything we'll stay there again”

“We spent several days at the Brentwood for medical appointments. The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay there very much. They provided a simple continental breakfast which was fine for our needs. When we needed to extend our stay, it was not a problem and we even got a lower rate. Prices were very reasonable.”
