"I work with a local community organization. Neat suite is near my workplace but also handy to historic homes and local restaurants. With a grassy area across the street and yard with trees behind it connects with nature and was very comforting."

"When we first arrive, check-in was fairly easy, just a small misunderstanding of codes, which was rectified immediately. 1st day with property mgr was very adequate. The overall appearance was clean, but the drawers through the place were not clean and the towel were not organized. There was no toaster/toaster oven, no air fryer. I was told that they do not have it for allergy reasons. Also the furniture was cheap, low end. The first night noticed that the bed was broken, but still comfortable....

"The owner asked for our information and photo ID to be submitted on the StayOvr APP. It didn’t matter what electronic device used (phone, iPad, computer), it would not allow me to submit anything. I called VRBO who connected me to the owner - she sent me a form via email which I quickly submitted. I received no confirmation back. About 2 days before our arrival, I called the number again and left a voicemail - no response. The day before arriving, I called again and this time spoke to a live...

"It was nice and clean and quiet. One thing missing was a closet. We stayed for a week and had to keep all our clothes in the suitcase . Upon arrival on the property we had a difficult time finding the place because of poor lighting. There were no towel racks in the bathroom . Maybe that could be looked into. However: I would consider staying with you again."
