“Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!”

“This location was perfect for Gonzaga grad week. The apartment was a great size, well equipped, clean and quiet. Barely heard neighbors, beds were comfortable and AC was a great addition. Really easy 5min drive to downtown. Hosts were communicative but not overly so, check in was crazy easy. Would def recommend.”

“The apartment was quiet and the Queen bed was very comfortable. The furniture and floors were up to date and comfortable but the walk in shower with low threshold was difficult to keep water from splashing out on to the floor. The water would get really hot but easily controlled once it got hot. Plenty of lighting. Only 5 minute drive to downtown and restaurants. Parking was on the street and shared with other residents of the area but had no trouble parking directly in front on the apartment……

“It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. Add that to the Host was fantastic in……

“My friend and I were excited to find such an affordable place in a central downtown location! Upon arrival at the apartment, we were a bit taken aback by the bed being right next to the front door - this was listed as a 1bed/1bath space, but it was a studio apartment with a partial dividing wall between the entryway(/bedroom) and kitchen/living space. It was overall tidy aside from a few hairs of *ambiguous* origin in the shower that were lighter than any of ours. But the space met our needs and……

“Every footstep of the upstairs neighbors could be heard. Gratefully, they were considerate. The parking for #A is awkward and dangerously tight when another car parks in front of the entrances. The neighborhood itself was not noisy, pleasant and convenient for visiting a relative in the hospital. The pull out bed would benefit from having a mattress pad and its own pillow.”

“Wonderful place located near food, drinks and markets. The room was clean and the staff were friendly andcrespectful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to others. I absolutely loved the pizza place 100 feet from us and the brewery that was even closer!!”

“Good rec center for families. Rec center and golf course is shared with its residences so there’s a lot of old people swimming and such. I think they are still afraid of Covid, you had to bring your own cup for coffee in the lobby. ”
