It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!"

"This property was perfect for what we needed while visiting Spokane. The apartment was clean and contained everything we needed. It is near the highway, which is great for getting around but does expose you to highway noise at night. The owners were thoughtful and placed fans in the closet of the bedrooms which was perfect for masking any highway noise. Very appreciative of them! We will most definitely be staying here for future visits!"

The property was very close to the funeral home we were attending services at so that was very nice. I had hoped to feel ok walking in the neighborhood but we ended up not feeling comfortable doing that. "

"This is a nice place to stay, clean, well-stocked kitchen, net flix, you can control heat and A/C...but the matress is very low about 13 inches off the floor and not very firm. The bed frame sticks out beyond the matress and we got multiple bruises on our shins. VeeAnn is an excellent host and we have stayed at her other units in the past. we will stay at those again in the future but not at this unit."

However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night."
