Staff were very friendly. The room is a good size and it is convenient to the airport. Halls could do with a freshen up. On this occasion we did not have an opportunity to try the room service, food etc. Overall it was good but given it is usually <$50 difference per night with the Park Royal, I would probably choose the Park Royal. That being said, if the difference in >$50 I would give it a go again.

Fast efficient pickup and drop off to and from airport. My room was a quit clean and comfortable space. Room service options ok and delivery fast to room which I really appreciate. Friendly efficient staff from bus operators to reception made me feel very welcome on arrival.

The room was clean but room 104 was separate from the other rooms by a glass door. The room seemed to be for an assisted person as the bathroom was large with no door and had a seat to sit on.
