“V clean room hotel I used there breakfast it was amazing staff was v friendly ”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The lobby scent is refreshing. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping were convenient. However, on this trip, I was put in a not-so-desirable room. The room was outside the conference rooms, just above the lobby. We heard loud conversations and laughter late in the night. There was a dog barking on our floor. In addition, the room did not have a good view and shared space with a conference room, but it was spacious. The sign and tall trees blocked the view. Such a……

“Drape curtain was broken from the ceiling. Door knob of communicating room was broken. Cabinet door covering fridge was broken. Smelly hallway coming from carpet. ”
