“The hotel is being renovated but the carpeting looks old and the bathroom was not ready. The light switch was upside down and there wasn’t even an a fan in the bathroom for the humidity in the shower. Found several black spots in the bathroom ceiling. ”

“Let’s start with the good. Wonderful staff, very accommodating, amazing food, pool area is fantastic and great accommodation. Not so good. My husband stepped on a shard of glass in our room outside area that had a sunken Jacuzzi. One of the front desk ladies told us all sunken Jacuzzis were not working and jets had been turned off. When chatting with other guests around the pool that was not the case. It would just have been nice if they told us the truth.”
