“Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping……

“The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee. ”

“Lovely building and location - out of the busy but not too far! Nicely decorated and furnished albeit it does feel like a walk if you’re in one of the 400+ numbered rooms! Ate in the brasserie one evening food was good but the battered fish, whilst plentiful, was maybe a bit “soggy”. The breakfasts were excellent and if you don’t see anything you like then maybe best stay at home! Room was huge as was the comfy bed. A lot of new staff learning the ropes ahead of the peak season but can’t fault……

“酒店靠近湖邊，交通方便，是不錯的選擇。 週末放假貴得有點離譜，都是3000以上的價格，到了之後發現其實有更多更好的選擇。房間基本上沒有風景可言，我們三個房間，只有我的大床房可以看到一點湖景，其他什麼都沒有。 酒店的員工都很歧視亞洲人，我們在餐廳享用了晚餐和早餐，晚餐的時候，多次催促我們點菜，我們朋友感冒了在房間先休息和吃藥，員工竟然說我們預定的是7點，你們已經遲了15分鐘點菜了必須要快，讓人感覺很莫名其妙。 早餐的時候，點了茶一直沒來，問她就說很多人，要逐個準備，最後催促了幾次發現根本是遺漏了，這服務也是讓人失望；然後，其他桌都是主動過去問要什麼早餐，我們的不叫都不問，也不告訴我們有麵包，這就是對待亞洲人的服務態度？？”

“I travelled with my two daughters aged 6 and 9. We had a sea view family suite which was lovely but considering I spent £444 for 2 nights I was disappointed the room wasn't perfect as it should be at that price, examples being light not working above bunkbeds, chest of drawers nearly fell on my daughter when she opened two drawers at the same time, curtains not black out and don't fully close together. Can't see TV from the bed properly either even when pulled out and tilted. The hotel also……

“The hotel has very nice view and environment, staff are friendly but the sheet in the room was not very clean. Overall good experience..”

“this is a nice place. But as the sound insulation is not good, it become noicy at night time when the people get in and out the rooms.”

“之前看评价说房间很差，担心了半天，入住后觉得一点也不差，就是房间里没有wifi信号（房间内收费），自己的网络也时有时无。如果选择一楼前台区域楼上的房间，可以接受到大堂的免费wifi信号。 我最喜欢的走10分钟来到海边栈道，一路晨跑，再看个日出把自己感动到哭。栈道会途径一个小镇及它的火车站，可以让你拍很久。”

“非常美好的住宿体验，酒店的设计经典优雅，历史的厚重与舒适现代并存，细节到位，每个角落都无可挑剔，家具油画摆设（花瓶、雕塑等）都非常精美，随便拍一下都象艺术画，酒店两侧的超大草坪正对湖面，坐在岸边的椅子上可以看日落，特别写意。”
