"We enjoyed the hotel's amazing view from our room, the infinity pool and great customer service. One negative I could say is the wifi internet from our room is no good. However Wifi access from restaurant and reception office is fairly good. I might add that the noise of creaking bed is a bit annoying. Overall it was a great stay."

But once down into the property it was everything we had hoped for. Quiet, tropical, lots of exotic birds and so many beautiful plants. The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort.
