“The stay was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Amazing view from the top floor of the platinum building with sea view.”

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Lazure Hotel & Marina was great! Both the facilities and the staff made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The restaurants onsite are very, very good and great value for money. The spa was lovely - the website doesn’t actually advertise how many facilities are available, but there’s a salt room, two saunas, two steam rooms and two jacuzzis. There should be more tours and sea based activities on offer, however. ”

“Gorgeous views. The beach is perfect. Staff are very friendly. Our room was lovely and big, cleaned every day of our stay which was nice. The old town is about 45 minutes walk but it’s an easy walk and the views are spectacular along the way. Reception will call you a taxi if you prefer, that’s about 6 euros and takes maybe 5-10 mins. Our stay was very relaxing and we’ll definitely be back. ”

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……

“With only nine bedrooms there was a peaceful and relaxing vibe, especially on the rooftop pool terrace. We often had it to ourselves - more loungers would be a good idea for busier times. Breakfast served by the sea was of a high quality and we also had dinner there one evening which we enjoyed. The receptionist was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well as helping us book a taxi to Dubrovnik. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. ”
