“Everything was great. Very clean, modern space in a great location. Host was available and quick to respond. The only draw back, the stairs from the parking spot to access the apt is a steep winding staircase so if you have any ambulatory issues you would have a problem. The front entrance has stairs but are not bad. We had a young person with us who carried our bags up but I would suggest you use the front entrance to load and unload your stuff. The apartment (two bedroom + living room) was a little tight for us, but we had everything we needed, so our overall experience was very good. The hosts were kind and responsive. Paid parking on the premises was a big plus, since street parking in Montreal can be a nightmare. Would stay there again!”

“We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!”
