“My favorite hotel great service ”

“Great !we like the view of the ocean ”

“To begin I have to say the property is big and quite interesting , l had there own icream shop and Starbucks , they have plenty of staff that is always helpful , however you may discover a huge difference in the stay experience ,this is because they have at least 4 different options to choose ,we have first booked to stay in the Jamaican building which is very ran down currently under construction on the exterior , and I wouldn’t recommend is more of a motel experience , however we did upgrade……

“Pretty much good overall. The only thing we found is that this hotel has a weird policy for housekeeping, and we had to call multiple times to get new towels and our room cleaned (once for a 4-night stay)”

“The property was nice. Customer Service from front desk was not the greatest. Some of the employees seemed as though, they did not want to be there. (African American employees to be exact) I’m black so this review has nothing to do with race. Also, the room could’ve been a little cleaner as Especially the bathrooms. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. I appreciate housekeeping a lot for replacing our towels. Thank you.”

“Was really tastefully decorated with beautiful floors throughout.”

“Had a problem with check in. My room was supposed to be available at 4pm. I was running late with my arrival so I had dinner with my family and would check in after. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find out that my room was not available. Finally at 9:30pm I was given my room key. Five plus hours after it was supposed to be available. This was the only negative with my two day stay.”

“Perfect in almost every way, i was charged twice for the deposit plus parking fees and I was told the hold would come off one of the charges but It still came out my account. I checked out over 24hrs ago and still no refund so I had to dispute with my bank”

“Wow, what a lovely resort! My wife and I visited for a work conference. And we were pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of the on-site food options, the resort grounds, diverse swimming and lounging choices, and separated conference facilities. Five stars!”
