“Good ”

“You stay was okay. The TV's a little hard to figure out at first and the housekeeping doesn't come every day only on the day you leave and under the arrive. If you need any toiletries in the middle or towels or anything you need to go to the front desk which is kind of a stupid pain and because housekeeping is on the floor everyday just not in your room. Also I received a message offering me early registration or sign in and a upgraded room. When I got there early I was told that that was……

“Excellent stay. family of 6 including 2 under 5. Kids loved the kiddie pools and we all enjoyed the heated pools and lazy river. Staff was friendly, clean, easy parking, direct access to the beach. I wish the DJ couldve played longer. ”

“We stayed for a weekend. It was not perfect, but clean enough. Close to the boardwalk and right on the beach. Has a small older condo feel to it. We didn’t go into the new building that sits between the two older ones. I would return. I like having the kitchenette, separate bedroom, great view of the ocean and steps from the boardwalk.”

“We were very hesitant about staying here. But after we decided to try it, our stay was great. Very comfortable pillows and bed. The staff was so friendly and nice. The only complaint I have was the sliding door to our patio was so hard to open. But after telling them, they said it would be fixed. But will be returning to stay again”

“Booked and junior suite weeks in advance and once we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any suites available and that obviously I had just booked (which was untrue). Was accommodated but highly upset. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean. ”

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. ”

“The place was quiet low season but the tv had low quality cable channels, the volume didn't work on half of them, one baking pan, no ice in the hotel except for the restaurant and that was only open for breakfast. Oh, and there was one overworked woman doing it all. The room was privately owned from what the front desk told me. ”

“Our oceanfront room was beautiful and just right. It was also super clean, which was a pleasant surprise for a beach hotel that sees a lot of sand come through the door! Despite a frustrating check-in process (see below), we did love our stay and plan to stay here again next time we're in Myrtle Beach. The grounds are lovely. They have lots of games and activities in the grass area between the hotel and beach. And a beach bar next door. Two important things to remember: Checkin is 4 pm. And……
