“May, 2024 Room was smaller than expected.. I think the larger rooms have no balcony.. Food, staff, restaurant was excellent.. Worth the time and travel”

“The property is beautiful and the staff wonderful. Unfortunately it is under renovation. Construction started at 7:30 am. ”

“Beach house was very clean very staff was excellent. Just a slight problem with the air-conditioning unit, but it was addressed a couple times but it was good. Good experience.”

“The hotel is in the midst of renovations. The outside is in need of repair, but the rooms and common areas are clean and updated. The deck could use some paint, etc., but the view is fabulous and the seating is comfortable. The pool was clean - hot tub was not working. Front desk staff was courteous and pleasant. Housekeeping staff was also very pleasant. Maintenance staff was hard at work cleaning and sprucing the property up. Honestly, we went expecting the worst based on so many negative……

“We stayed at the Soundview montauk for Memorial Day weekend and I was so pleasantly surprised by the cuteness of the room, the CLEANLINESS, the kind front office lady who let us store our luggage behind the desk for the day, the ocean views, the simplicity yet effectiveness. Our room was simple but had cute decor and a little kitchen. Really perfect for what we needed. I’ll stay here again this summer 😊”

“I love staying at the Scarborough Motel- It is our favorite motel and I will always stay there. I was disappointed that we were charged an early "check in fee" when we were the only guests there and our room was ready for us. ”
